amazing city stay!
tram stop breakfast options
the front desk was available 24 hours, a huge plus for late arrivals or early departures. the tram stop right outside made getting around super easy. i could quickly reach any part of the city without hassle. a fantastic little cafe on the ground floor offered great breakfast options at amazing prices!
I found some noise at night. It made getting to sleep a little difficult sometimes.

The location proved excellent for my plans. Staff members were very nice. The provided welcome gift from the staff was a very nice touch.. the rooms featured great space and a clean bathroom. The bistro inside the building was also a very convenient amenity.
The gym is in a neighboring building, which requires going outside.

The location was convenient. The hotel is close to trams. I appreciated the kitchenette. It was tidy. The full-size fridge was VERY useful. I found these features quite helpful .
The room decor felt a LITTLE dated.

large room convenient location coffee shop
i loved the family room , it had so much space for all our luggage , it was easy to keep everything organized. the location was super convenient , the tram stop right outside made getting around easy , it was really awesome. the coffee shop downstairs was a total lifesaver , i grabbed a great latte every morning , it started my day perfectly.
one lift was broken , so there were waits sometimes.

stocked amenities free upgrade
The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I appreciated the fully stocked amenities and appliances provided. The hotel reception allowed us to store luggage before check-in time, made my arrival easier. I also got an free room upgrade.
The staff did not explain the Carparking. Access upon leaving was difficult because of lack of card access for checked out guests.

The kitchen had everything i needed, even a fully stocked setup for cooking. i was able to store my luggage before check-in. The hotel reception was amazing. the apartment was very clean and i got a room upgrade without additional cost.
